Andy Madley appointed as referee for Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City
Manchester City return to Premier League action with a trip to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday, 5th February; the league has appointed Andy Madley to take charge of proceedings. The game will be broadcast live in the United Kingdom on Sky Sports at 16:30 (GMT).
Andy Madley
39-year-old Madley has overseen only three City games. The latest was the 1-1 draw with Everton at the Etihad on New Year’s Eve. He also took charge of City’s 4-0 win over Southampton earlier in the season.

City fans were frustrated with Madley for his lack of control over the game against Everton and that he allowed constant time-wasting throughout the game.
The Huddersfield-born official has given out 44 yellow cards and one red in 13 Premier League appearances this season at an average of 3.5 cards per game.
